I looked and didn't see this posted so hopefully its not a double.

for some reason the Bottled Spring Thunderstorm is in the foreground section of the wardrobe but its a backdrop, isn't it? I mean it acts like a backdrop.

If I'm seeing it clearly, there's rain over the body. It can be a foreground unless you layer it like a backdrop.

I can't see rain but you could be right. I'm not sure so I thought I should make the thread. It caught me off guard cos I couldn't find it in my wardrobe. cos I expected to find it in background.

Edit: I see it now after playing in my wardrobe with it. -_- I'm an idiot.

I believe the rain is coming from your Emo Raincloud, not the background.

now it is, I added it because the storm cuts off the hat and it looked weird, but when I re-layered the storm does indeed add rain on top of clothing, but also cuts off anything not in the silhouetted (person) area. Which is why I added the artist pencil to re-add the lines in...thus making one think its a background as well 0.o uber confusing so its kinda both a background and a foreground.
