I rented the Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and wow, i thought it would be stupid but it is actually kind of fun. I love the aspect of an overworld and an underworld. I think my favorite bad guy has to be Ghirahim though...I feel they tried to emulate him in Yuga a bit too much and it just comes off as "eh....". So far though, my file (named Ambrose) has the most done on it. I have two paintings while the other files dont have the Master Sword yet.

I also like how the game has elements of every zelda game. You have to collect emblems from earth, fire, and water then get the sword, and then awaken the 7 sages. Same plot as Ocarina, the underworld is like a raw Majora's Mask world..just simply great. One thing I cant figure out though is why does every boss have a giant eyeball? So far every single boss i fought and defeated has an eyeball. Of course there are alot of zelda games that have bosses with a giant eyeball (Bongo Bongo, Gohma, Molgra and others). Anyone think that is odd?

A Link Between Worlds is kinda sorta a remake of A Link to the Past, which remains my favorite video game of all time. I too, thought the idea of having two worlds was quite interesting. It's been awhile since I played that game so I only remember one boss actually being a giant eyeball, none of the rest of them had them though I don't think however I do remember there being an eye symbol in Hyrule castle, and probably some other locations too. I don't remember what is symbolizes though.

I know the Sheikah tribe's symbol is an eye with a teardrop...i wish they would go into more detail about the Sheikah tribe. I love them. Course the only Sheikah person you ever meet is Impa. I think her OOT incarnation is my favorite. I like the old wise look. Her others are...eh...Yea, every boss i have fought in this game has had a big eye.

Ive never had the pleasure to play Link to The Past....I need to get it from the website...What is so different about the two games? Or is the new one a carbon copy with different characters?

No they're both actually very different, I haven't played that much of A Link Between Worlds yet but so far from what I gather the only major similarity is the fact that they both contain dual worlds. I know the story is different so they are definitely not carbon copies. Honestly I was actually hoping for them to be slightly more similar than they are, cause I had always hoped for a remake of A Link to the Past. Not that I'm disappointed with A Link Between Worlds, I still think it's a great game so far.
