I'm thinking about starting to vend, today and yesterday I tried vending from Ocean Depth. Most items I got were pretty cheap (under 1k sP) and I got maybe 4-5 items worth 50k sP. I value my tokens at 1k sP each so if I vend 250 items I would need to make at least 500k to get back into my money.

Also how rare are the collection items? What is your favortie machine, which one do you think is the most worth it?

I think it is, but you have to think about it more these days. I like OD, but only when there are a lot of new wearables I don't own. Otherwise, so many others vend there that you don't get much of value. I like the machines that get used less frequently. Keep an eye on the weekend quest - during those you might want to vend for weapons, books or food, depending.

As for collection items or other special items, I've had terrible luck with those and very, very, very rarely get them.

I feel it is more worth it than ever. OD is probably one of the hardest machines to profit off of though since everyone vends there. I usually vend at the machines Prize Get, Blue Sky, Celebration Gift, and Frosty Claw.

Thank you guys! Today I tried the prize get machine and I must say it was SO MUCH more worth it! With OD I vended 250 times each day and I barely made 500k (which was what the wizard token cost me to vend 250 times) And now I barely looked at the items I got from Prize Get and most of the rares one were at leat 30k each and I had multiple of them! I also got my first Super Rare (Arid Potion) whic was worth 100k alone! I'm wondering if it's only because Maleria is the weekend quest or if it's always mostly like that with this machine. I want to try Blue Sky but I'm not quite sure if it's worth it?

The rarity 66-80 items are usually worth at least 20K just because Maleria's quests ask for weapons and she has a pretty nice sP/item reward combo. Likewise, Pete's quests are the reason I find Celebration Gift profitable. Blue Sky can be quite profitable when you vend r46-70 books due to Library quests.

Personally, I only ever go vending when there is an item I want that I do not want to wait on user shops for. Example, if there's a bunch of new wearables, its not unusual for user shops to put them up for retarded prices until the wearables have been out for a while, had time to circulate, and have the price finally settle to something reasonable. Sometimes, I'm not patient enough for that.... so I go vending in hopes I getting something I want. xD (I did this for the Blue Knit Beach Skirt that I wanted and ended up getting 2 of them! And of course, they are still 800k in user shops... so yes, I guess it was worth it to vend.)

Do you usually vend every day or it's more like every other day? Do you think it's better than doing quests or do you do both?

I mostly vend when I can. I usually use the tokens I get from wizard quests to do that. I think quests are overall better for profit, although I would like to do both.

I tend to hit up the prize get, blue sky, and the dragons hoard machines most myself, sometimes other ones. As far as doing quests I usually go to Quentin cause they give out the mage necklaces that bring quiet a bit of sp for each one at times.

I go vending once every other day. Its a long process to go through and so I tend to take my time going through to see if there is anything in my inventory that i want to keep or books my pets haven't read yet. :)
