sooo there was no official news post for spotlight last night, but apparently my pet kosmas won according to the spotlight page. however, he's still listed as nominated on his profile and on the page where you can toggle on/off for a pet being ready for PS.

idk whats going on and it seems odd that he'd win because i just finished him a week ago and have edited his profile a few times within the past few days. i didnt get an event for it or anything, which is saddening if he DID win cause i take screencaps of the little events and save them for posterity lol

Today's winner, Kanis still shows as nominated, again, with no news post... :/

Hmm, this is troublesome. Now they have a pet spotlight glitch? I hope it gets fixed fast. I like the spotlight. :(

I didn't get a notification alert thing to say Kanis had won, but you're right , she's sitting there as today's spotlight winner on the spotlight page! And Like 's pet, there's no trophy on her page, just the "this pet has been nominated" text, and she still shows on the page where you can toggle the spotlight on or off....

Oh my goodness, I didn't even realize that this was an issue. I've been kind of busy these past couple days and have only really checked in, but that does explain why I haven't been seeing new Pet Spotlight winners.

Seeing this glitch in play for more than a day pisses me the hell off. The Spotlight is really one of the big achievements for pet owners and this is just deflating.

Is there a way it can get fixed, you think? Reya has a thread under Known Glitches and Troubleshooting that says "Did something not reset? Post it here!". I dont know if she was looking into the Spotlight one or not, partly because when I posted the other night other people did too and last night I posted again for the winner. I hope mine doesnt win while this glitch is in effect :/

Programmers are looking into. They are very aware that it is not working.

Ah, okay. Did they change something in the code to make these time based glitches happen? I heard some quests and the recycle beast dont reset.

I honestly have no idea. Sorry. I know that they have been working on the game payouts but that doesn't mean that was the problem.
