This was intentional. If it were a glitch, then odd are you wouldn't be able to see it at all. Usually this happens for the above reasons posted by Kora. I am sure it will be back open soon. Locking as this is not a bug.

Not that I know of.. I had a bug that prevented me from accessing subeta earlier, so if there was anything going on I missed it.
