When I went to do Shinwa's quests today, I opened her destinations in a new window intending to refresh the original page. Instead I followed the finished link in the new window back to Shinwa's and continued on from there, accidentally leaving the original page open.

I'd forgotten that I finished with her and, when I clicked back on the original tab, redid the quest for piece number one. After I turned in the item it gave me the 'oh no! you have <blah> hours until...' but I had another copy of the first piece of her bracelet in my inventory. Should I delete it myself, or wait for a mod to act?

What category should I put it in? It's not a missing cash shop item or a user-based issue or anything...

It shouldn't matter too much but in this case I would put it under other games.
