On my widget it says I can't play until 6:08am tomorrow, and when I visit the page it matches that (14 hours, 22 minutes to go), but I just got a ping alert saying I can attempt another quest.

Not sure if it is pinging early, or pinging very delayed, because I can't remember if I got the previous ping alert or not.

I'm not sure why they even give us the option to set an alert for her quests anymore since they reset at midnight, but what I'm guessing is that you set that alert last night and it alerted you for today even though you've already done the quest for today. Maybe?

Could be, I've only recently started doing her quests and haven't been paying much attention to what time I did each of them, but that explanation makes sense!

So the timer and widget would also be wrong, then, if it resets at midnight rather than actually 24 hours?

I believe so. It doesn't make sense to have the alert and widget for her anymore, all it does is cause major confusion.
