For some reason I can't order treasure chest items if it's after a certain point during the day. I'm not sure what causes it. If it's first thing in the morning I can move treasure chest items around with no issue. However, if it's later in the day I can forget it. The page just loads forever and no matter what I do I can't change the order of anything. This happens no matter what pet's treasure chest I try to switch the order of.

I've been having this issue with pet treasure chests ever since I first signed up. That was over 3 years ago and I just assumed this happened to everyone, until today when I mentioned it to one of my friends.

I use Firefox version 30 and Windows 8 currently. When this was originally happening, over 3 years ago, I was using Windows XP.

I wonder if it has to do with lag (more people tend to be on later in the day, opposed to the morning).

I just tried to move some stuff around in my treasure chest and had no problem... but there's only three items there! Perhaps sometime tonight (the pet Queen!) can help test this out? :)

When it stops working, have you tried clearing your browser's cache and browsing cookies? It's possible that by that point in day there's so many it takes forever to load them.

Funny you mention that. I just had to order Jon's close to 1000 item TC (was at night time) and it worked fine on Chrome. I then added a few at work (probably around 3pm?) and had to order those too but this time on firefox. The trick is that you have to make sure that it loads fully. If you try and move stuff before it has, it won't work.

I've tried clearing cache, restarting the browser, restarting the computer, switching browsers. Nothing seems to help.

Right now I can move things around fine, but later on is when it usually happens. I'm thinking it's got to do with lag too, but I figured I would make a post anyways just to be sure.

[edit] That makes sense, I guess what I'll do is just leave it to finish loading before I try to move anything around. I thought the page was fully loaded, but I guess something isn't through when it does that, even though it appears to be.

Oh believe me, sometimes it is frustrating, especially on one as big as Jon's. I basically have to bring it up in a tab and go do something else in another tab for a few minutes.

Oh wow, I can imagine. I'm just glad it's not only me having this issue. I guess this can be locked now, since I know it's just due to lag.
