i've started to get bored of subeta and started making a move towards neopets, but i've been confused about how stuff works and stuff. :s i was wondering if you guys who play neopets could give me a hand ^_____^

and with that move means i guess i don't need all of this sp and items anymore!! idk how i should do this. just post and i'll look through your wl, i guess!!

I played neo ages ago, and get really bored of the ignorance there, Subeta is a much more friendlier place. I can't help you more :) Take a little time off, and come back later maybe?

I'm sad to hear that you are leaving. I wish you would give Subeta another chance. I see that you have only been on here for a couple of months. I think Subeta is friendlier than Neopets.

I play/ed on there for about ten years before I discovered Subeta. I was an nc guild leader for a while. More and more site events became nc related and then they introduced the random aspect of getting items. It's just not fun for me to spend money on something unless I know what I'm getting. Also Neo is very competitive about every little thing. I burned out on it more then once. I discovered Subeta and loved the laid back atmosphere and friendly people.

I do like to go over there to play the games still. Especially Suteks Tomb hehe. I think overall Neo is too competitive for me to enjoy. Since I don't want to be a complainer I will just say- I hope you have fun! I did make some friends on there that I have known for many years and I'm happy to still know them. You can add me but I'm only on maybe once a week but you can try if you want. xD (Un is Iridescent321)

I agree with what Iridescent said. I spent a lot of my money and time on Neo and while it was great at first, it became too closed-minded for me. I couldn't express my style and my unique-ness if you will. Here on Subeta, even if you don't like what is officially released to the public, somewhere out in the Custom Wearable forums, somebody has drawn/made a piece of clothing that I have loved. (I'm currently wearing a few Custom Items that I ❤!)

As you can see, I've only recently started Subeta as well and I love Subeta a lot more than neo. But I still go back to neo every once in a while. Friend me there if you like. My UN is xparamour :P

I used to play but they're really uptight and crazy about every little thing over there, plus it is SO hard to earn neopoints or restock. Games pretty much give you nothing. I like the relaxed atmosphere here.

I haven't touched my Neopets account in quite a while (but I still love my userlookup. Grundos were like my favorite pet ever. Drop me a friend request if you'd like

I used to play Neopets about ten years ago, but I deleted my account long again. When I got into Subeta, I went to look at Neo's pets on Neocolours... and I never considered Neopets again. Subeta's are much more beautiful :) (The only one I sort of miss is the JubJub... cute lil ball of fluff :) But I don't like the redesigned version nearly as much as the JubJub design they had back when I played.)

I playing Neopets, too. My name there is manahexe. I am from Germany. XD

I was on Neo for 12 years, very active for about 8 of those years. After not being on my account for a few months I went back to check it recently and found it was frozen. I know I don't deserve to be frozen, but it's not worth the gigantic task of trying to get it back. They have almost no staff and very little player support.

I played YEARS ago, maybe around 2004-06....used to love it, had great fun. Until the fateful day that my account was banned.............because I posted on a thread where someone had spoken honestly and openly about their experience of depression. Also, my post contained the word 'bum'. In a non-obscene way (I was 12, for crying out loud). I wasn't being rude to that person or anything, we were just engaging in friendly conversation.. xD We obviously managed to offend their Victorian sensibilities, however, because boom, both of us were banned. I mean maybe I just fell victim to one staff member with an axe to grind? But..I never went back to find out.

I moved here! Because the rules on Subeta allow for the human users to be..well..human. and the alien users to be alien cause there's no discrimination here

If you feel you must leave, my advice would be this -> read their rules!! And read them again. Because some of them are not necessarily intuitive - but they won't have any issue outright banning you for what seems like the tiniest infringement. o.o

I played Neopets years ago, I don't remember much about it though. I always thought it was more complicated that Subeta. But maybe that was because I was young when I played it. :p

I'm still on Neopets, still a premium member even, though I'm only barely hanging on for the most part. Honestly, Subeta is better in many, many ways. But I'm definitely a veteran player (been there for 14 years), so I can probably answer any questions you have.

- I sort of still play neo...sort of. I've been over there for 12 years, but it seems like it's getting more and more uptight. After I had my 3rd side account hacked, I stopped going on the boards and interacting with other players at all, other than friends I already knew. Unless there's a plot, I think it's boring.
