if it's still open try buying something again and see if that makes it force through.

You can also take one of the Bulbous Vial, Creeping Vial, Lotus Vial, Stinging Vial or Vaguely Sticky Vial to become a temp zombie that will let you access the 2014 portion of the den. Takes a few days to get you to the point where you can go to the shop, then a while more for you to heal up from it. All told, about 2 weeks to a month.

Oh, I didn't know that :o Well, maybe I'll do that when I have that kind of long-term motivation @.@;;

On a side note (and considering the wonky old system), have you tried having the new system import your achievements? It might pick it up for you. c:

The reason that it probably happened is that there were only the lower tiers when you originally got them. So basically (on the old system) when they add new tiers, you have to buy one more thing to activate the new tiers even if you have enough according to the record. As stated above they are working on importing all the achievements to a new system so maybe that won't happen.

But yeah it really isn't a "bug" really on the old system, just how it worked. If you don't want to try one of the vials mentioned above you can try making a ticket to see if they can manually award them.
