What do you think of Temrash (aka the Yeerk that goes into Jake's head)? -For the majority of the book I didn't like him. He was arrogant and would turn Jake and the others over to Visser Three for a promotion. But when he died...I teared up a little.

What do you think of Jake deciding to kill defenseless Yeerks? -At this point in the series he doesn't know that good Yeerks exist. But it is still a game changing moment.

What do you think of the brother relationship between Jake and Tom in this book? -Jake having to decide whether to potentially killing Tom by succeeding in the mission at the hospital or not do it was the first big part of the conflict. The other part was Jake getting Tom's old Yeerk. Both parts are extremely sad and disturbing.
