In your post, simply:

1. state who your HA is cosplaying as.
2. rate the above HA by giving suggestions or just telling them what you think (doesn't have to be on a number scale!)
3. wait to be pinged, and have fun checking out all the dressed up HAs!

For starters, my HA is cosplaying as Axel from Kingdom Hearts. :)
