Yes, this has happened to me the last few days. I kept meaning to post about it. Either the same rewards or he asks for the same book several times.

The past days he always gave me one prize twice in a row. It's really weird.

And today I got three times in a row. It seems to be affecting only the library quests though. Everyone else is giving prizes as normal.

It's not just Library Quests. Quentin gave me two a little while ago.

I understand occasionally getting the rare duplicate in 10 to 15 quests but 3? Something is off.
