Hello all!

I am in need of some help for an overlay for my pet Tetley. She is a mouse that lives in a teacup and the wonderful drew a picture of her for me at a subeta meetup. I have permission from her to turn this into an overlay but I need some help! This is the photo... basically it needs to be turned into a colored overlay.

Tetley is a dark brownish almost black mouse. She's sitting on Tetley teabags as pillows and I'd like for the cup to be something... vintagey color wise.. maybe mint green? There are some photos of her on her profile/more can be provided if needed

I'd like to use it for an overlay but do not have the computer art skills it takes to turn this into one.. I can pay for it in sp/csc/usd/items depending on what you'd charge and being that you'll be using this image you'll get credit on the overlay as well as Rah for the original lineart :) I can provide a bigger photo of this as well if needed!
