Ok so I'm not sure who has their settings to open "the new tab page" on start-up but it has randomly changed to a mostly white bg when choosing BING as my search engine instead of the theme I have downloaded? Any other "default" search engine shows the theme in its entirety...

Anyone know how I can change this?
