I have created a new group called CWPRECLAIM This group is for the following:

Any commissioner or artist that is announcing an upcoming cw and are offering preclaim slots only. This is not to be used when the cw is actually ready to be released, this is solely for the purpose of offering preclaim slots if the commissioner or artist chooses to ping this group.

Everyone is free to join, for if you aren't made aware of preclaims, you may miss out on a slot.

Now some artists don't do preclaims, some do. I'm one of the commissioners that do offer preclaims.
