okay, so I'm just looking for some tips to improve on. I'm able to draw animals/creatures for someone else - for example here and here I'm not finished with him yet though.
But any time I try to draw something for myself - even if it's already created - examples here here
It seems that anytime I try to use lineart especially I run into this problem...
Oh dear god let my type what I think I'm typing
I'd recommend doing a lot of studies, either from life if you have the luxury or from photos if not.
References for whenever you're drawing. Say if I was drawing... Umbreon, I could do this:

And use a bunch of bat eared foxes and servals for reference?
The key is to use multiple images as reference if possible, and avoid drawing that EXACT pose of any given image if you can.
Skeletal and musculature knowledge is invaluable.
I find this LINK guide on lineart VERY helpful.
Thanks so much I really appreciate it. There is a zoo nearby but I don't normally visit it. I'll have to see how much money it costs to go and try to do some studies there!
And also thank you for providing me to the lineart tutorial and for your umbreon drawing.
I'll be trying some traditional sketches at work off of photos tonight too :) -I work night shift so it shouldn't be a problem to get something good drawn-
