I just sent some scores to Street Team, but it says I can only play three times today. I have been able to access all the other VIP areas of Peka-Boo. The tag is locked in my inventory.

You don't get to send an extra score for VIP. That's for Gold Accounts.

As stated above, the 4 games are for gold accounts and the 25% more is for VIP. And you do have to be wearing the bracelet to get the 25%.
