I had a billboard item that I used to create an ad yesterday. However, when I submitted the billboard, I got a broken image and a warning text above it. It still said that the ad went through and that I should receive an event telling me whether it was approved.

However, when I go to the billboards page, this is what I see: Click!

It says waiting for approval but there is a broken image. I'm not sure if my billboard will go through because of that broken image. The file I sent was of the right size and format.

Is this a bug? Has this happened to anyone else?

I would make a ticket for this. They may be able to help and take it down if it is not working and have you resubmit.

It turned out my ad was denied, I changed my file format from png to jpg to resubmit, and it is works now and has been accepted. I don't know if it's because of the format change or if something wonky happened while it was trying to load the billboard. I'm just glad it works now!

Glad it was resolved! I will go ahead and lock this up then :D
