I just scratched it off for the code?

It keeps telling me it's already been redeemed even though I have not yet received credit for it. Does it take awhile to process? Or is not working? Thank you. If you need the code, I will happy to provide it.

If you haven't already, I would suggest filing a ticket. :)

it does take a bit to show up(can sometimes be up to 24hrs from what I understand) but if the paybycash(ugc) is saying code is used, that is usually a ugc issue(Ive had it happen a couple times-once for games I had never even heard of before and an email noone in my family has ever had) so they gave me fresh codes.
