I started Peka-Boo with 505 CSC; I earned that 500 due to a friend referring me and I thought I could buy some really cute stuff at Peka-Boo, which, I did. However, the only things I remotely remember buying from the Couture section of the Fashion Yurts are the Which costs 125 CSC (And deducted my Cash shop credit correctly, to 380.)

However, I bought a which is 150 CSC, and suddenly my CSC is down to 80. It appeared to have charged me 300 CSC instead of 150 CSC. Is there a programming error about this? Does anyone else have this problem at all?

Ahh I'm sorry if this is on the wrong forum at all or if I should have filed a ticket. I'm still kind of new to everything forum-related.

[edit] Oh wow this is kinda embarrassing I actually just checked my inventory and it looked like I had accidentally bought two. I'm so sorry for being a bother. It's all good now. / v !

You may not actually have bought two (or at least not clicked twice). So far I've gotten doubles buying from all of the event shops (except the food trucks which are a different setup). Same thing has been happening at the quest shop if I have enough points for doubles, so there's definitely an issue with that shop layout.

You bought the makeup first? That's weird then. Who knows, maybe the csc section works correctly (and you did buy two)

I'm flat broke when it comes to csc so I haven't tried buying any of those items. All I know is I have extras of everything I've bought from the other 3 event shops. I haven't touched the fashion yurts yet, because that's just too many items to get doubles of. ._.

Maybe? I'm not sure. I know that when I bought from the Merch and when I bought the ponchos I didn't get doubles... Maybe it's an error that happens randomly? I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure I got one, but I don't know. :"I;;; I might have clicked too much

I've gotten it every time though. ^^; And I know I've only clicked once. I even tried buying something just now and same thing happened, doubles show up in my inventory.

I mean I wouldn't be upset if this was sP because I could simply earn it back and it'd be the end of it, but.. mh.. I'd try testing this in the Couture section and see what happens, but I don't have enough CSC. I might have clicked too many times, but the double thing is a serious issue...

Well you will need to file a ticket if you want a refund for the csc. ^^

I feel the same way though, which is why I haven't filed for a refund for my sp. I'll just have to make buying arrangements with a friend or make sure not to keep enough sp for two of anything on hand. ^^;

I feel it would be unfair of me to receive a refund because I did receive two of the item, one copy of which is in my shop atm. I would honestly just feel bad getting a refund even if it was (possibly) a site error, but more than likely a user error.

I also just got a double of the Red Panda onesie despite only clicking once. It's in my shop now (I only lost sP anyway), but I've had the same issue with the Masquerade shops a couple years ago and the quest shop earlier this year.

Guys just make sure that you use the back button on the page and not the browsers back button.

I haven't even been going back. I've been buying both by opening a new tab and by just clicking the buy button regularly, and after both going straight to my inventory to check. ^^;

What do you mean "by opening a new tab"? Do you have more than one tab with the shop open?

Instead of buying an item and going back to buy another, I just open the buying page in a new tab (middle click on the mouse). But I've tried it the regular way as well and got the same result.

If you file a ticket for a refund, you will have to put your extra copy in your inventory, then they will delete that extra copy and give you your CSC back. So if you want your CSC, file a ticket, it's definitely not unfair. You will have to give back the extra copy. However, if you're okay with how it is, you can obviously leave it. Just wanted to point that out in case you do want those credits back. c:

No problem. You'll have to write in there that you bought that item and a double purchase happened. Then you write that you have put the extra copy in your inventory and that you would like to get a CSC refund. That should be enough, the admins are always friendly and helpful. c:

The shop made me buy double of 2 dif. items. I made a ticked and staff deleted the extras and reimbursed me. I would make a ticket.
