I havent received my wish granted but I granted two peoples...will I get two options? or if someone buys mine do I get another chance to wish for a second item?

You get one wish a day, regardless of how many you've granted. (altho you can edit your if no one buys it within a certain amount of time)

It depends on what you asked for and how expensive it is. Not sure what you mean by "two options". And if someone buys you the thing you wished for you don't get to wish again until tomorrow.

Im sorry for not explaining myself correctly, I granted a wish to ask for one, like your required, no one had granted mine yet, so I thought maybe if I could grant another it would let me ask for a second item. I think what your both saying is I just helped 2 people, but dont get a second wish, which is what I was trying to ask. To see if people get get there wishes granted can do another one right away or do they have to wait for another day. My thought was I helped 2 people so I would get to ask for 2 items. I probably made a mistake and am out the money now...but this is why Im asking.

I've granted 2 wishes today, and got my 1 wish granted. I could not make another wish. Its just lists the item I got.

You can grant however many wishes you want / can afford. You can only ask for 1 item a day, unless, via the news post from earlier:

I know, I wasn't trying to get more wishes, I was working on achievements. I was lucky enough to find 2 affordable wishes.
