I would love it if I could quick stock my inventory and have an option to categorize the items at the same time. For example: Today my inventory was full of nothing but Peka-boo items that I'd bought. I really wanted to categorize before putting in my shop so I don't have to go in and hunt for them later.

What do you mean by "categorize"? Like, quick stock the items directly into your shop categories? Because no. I don't even think that would be plausible, considering you can have something like 20 different categories in a single shop. It just plain wouldn't fit without stretching the page.

A drop down by each item with your categories in it could work, but with the QS page already pretty full of stuff, I don't really want to see more added it it. :/

I could see this being useful if it was possible without causing too much clutter.

What if you had a single drop down menu at the top for categories? Everything you quickstocked into your shop would go to the same category, which could be useful if you're moving a lot of items to a single category. The downside is that if you needed to sort things into several different categories, you'd have to run through quickstock once for each category.

Another idea would be to have a checkbox to indicate whether you wanted to categorize things or not. If you leave it unchecked, quickstock works the same way it does now; If you check the box and run quickstock, you're taken to a second page that lists every item you're moving to your shop, with a category drop down menu next to each so you can decide exactly where each item goes. This makes it more tedious to move a ton of items to a single category, though.

I think either of these could work to make things easier without adding too much clutter. There might even be a way to combine them to make something even more useful, since they're good for two completely different situations.
