For the past few weeks, I've been unable to load my own wishlists or to see any other user's WLs either. I have tried multiple browsers but I just keep getting the 'subeta is down' page.

Oddly enough when my friend was over yesterday and used my computer, she was able to load her own wishlist and others, so it appears to be just my account?

Really annoying since I can't modify or view them now...

It's been happening to me too on occasion, but usually a refresh or two fixes it :x

I try; even with nothing else loading/running it won't load. This section here is literally 1 item - and I can't get it to load at all. :(

Huh that's weird :x I was going to suggest that the sections were too big until you said your friend could load them on the same system; I can load that list no problem, some of my own have given me problems though (as I said, they fix themselves after a refresh though :x) I hope you get it figured out

I've been having the same problem also.:( When I click to go into a part of someones wishlist the loading takes forever and then I get the subeta down page. It happens on my wishlist and other users wishlists also.

By any chance,do you have a ton of CWs? I'v got a lot and I think that's whats breaking it (Like it can break Account Worth)

I had a section just for the cws that I wanted--it wasn't as many as my expensive item part, but I did have a good bit in there. It's just odd that I could load all of that before and now I can't. If you mean cws in my wardrobe then yes I do have a good bit of them as well.

Usually I can get it to work after a few refreshes. Today it took me multiple new tab attempts as well as over 20 refreshes to finally get the category with 1 item in it to load on my wishlists so I can categorize it properly -_-

This is getting way way old.

And that's how Subeta crashes.

I wasn't running multiple tabs at the same time trying to open it o_O

I would close a tab, open a new one, and try to load it again. I waited until the page "loaded" fully telling me Subeta was down before attempting to refresh or to start again in a new tab.

If me having one tab open on Subeta and trying to load one page that has one wishlist item crashes the entire site then something is severely wrong.

Subeta crashes because of people opening multiple tabs in an attempt to get the site to load? Sure doesn't sound like Reaper's fault to me. Sounds like a server problem on your end.

Today every page of Subeta loads for me, but then hangs forever - "Read img.subeta.net" and "Read assets.customer.io"

I've been here for 9 years, and it is getting old.

Was redirected here by even though this topic is 3 months old with no new posts and this issue, while similar (being that wishlists are again not loading) is not the same, since now it appears they are broken 100% and no amount of refreshing, cache clearing, etc will fix it.

One staff member had already responded to the thread from and did not lock it since this topic was necro'd but here we are anyhow.

Hey - I just gave my WL a try again (expecting more of the same) and discovered that they're suddenly working completely for me - and much better than they have in months! You might want to try - maybe they fixed it?

And its already broken again. That was very short lived.

Hihi, so for the past few days i can't get any wishlists to load at all, including my own. Every time i try to load one i get the 502 Bad Gateway error saying that the subeta host is down or the page just can't connect to it. I am using Chrome Version 38.0.2125.111 m on Windows 7 and hadn't done any recent updates on my laptop that could've possible caused this.I also tried clearing my cookies and cache but it didn't make a difference. I really hope this can be fixed soon or that someone can tell me of a way to fix it, especially with the holidays coming those wishlist will be pretty important.

@ Reaper i just tested mine and i am still getting the error pages Subeta is Down pages pout. On the upside, the first loaded page with the categories comes up immediately but when i click the categories to see items within it i still keep getting the error pages ( even when clicking on my smallest category with just a few items on it) but fingers crossed... any sign of life is a positive at this point :)

Also thought i'd add this : i am getting these error pages within seconds of clicking on it (aka less then 10) just thought i'd add this since it was previously suggested that these error pages ensue when a page takes longer then 30 seconds to load ;) I figure any info would be helpful. Also i have tried this on 3 laptops and two desktops of which each have different versions of windows as well as multiple browsers, so it's not just a one platform/specific browser issue :(

Hopefully it will correct more soon - are you using FF or Chrome (or something else)?

I've tried it on 3 laptops and 2 desktops of which each have different versions of windows as well as in different browsers. i've tried Chrome, IE, FF on anything from windows vista, windows xp, windows 7 & 8.1 etc and none of them load the wishlists lol

Damn - that's horrible - I was surprised when my loaded so well tonight. Hopefully its a work in progress!
