I'm taking my dear balloon to Peka-Boo and need some advice on my outfit! (He doesn't... he says black is always stylish!)

I like how my shirts look, but I need better pants/skirt. I'm also looking for a necklace (don't like the VIP lanyards) and ring, nail polish, and possibly shoes, depending on the pants/skirt I end up with. Obviously, I like a cloud-and-balloon theme for my HA, and I'm playing off the colors in the VIP tank.

Cheap items are fine. I don't care about designer names or rarity, just how it looks :D (...yeah, I'm not very fashion conscious in real life either.)
