I can stand in 50 degrees F wearing a t-shirt and shorts. I'll start wearing a jacket at 40 F, and a winter coat at 30. Whenever I even wear a hoodie in 50 F, I feel overheated and uncomfortable. I see wearing coats in 90 degree weather and I wonder how they can survive wearing that in the heat. I'm always hot, and will start wearing a tee and shorts in 60 degree weather.
