I was wondering if anyone on here plays DotA2 or is feeling that TI4 hype at the moment? Also if you have no idea what DotA2 is and here just to look around I'm more than willing to explain anything and everything to the best of my ability.

Me, I'm a 4/5 position support player. I enjoy Bane, Lion, WR, Dazzle, Disruptor, AA, LoA, Tree... The list could go on for a while, I like a lot of Supports okay? I tend to pick a support based on what the team needs (and a little bit of counter pick too ;P ). Though I am partial to the odd game of Axe. And before you ask I have no idea of my MMR, I never played my placement matches though I get the feeling I'm very average. :P

DOTA 2 is the game that spoiled my gaming hobby. Why? It's the only game I play nowadays, with some exceptions. Over 1000 hours clocked into it, and still going strong. Unlike most people, I don't tend towards any specific role. If any, I would have to say I enjoy using big playmakers. Tidehunter, Magnus, Batrider, Kunkka...heroes with strong CC and combo potential, in general. Getting the perfect combo off as a Magnus gives you the greatest adrenaline rush ever.

I played an 80 minute game today as Razor. We came back from a terrible start, and once I got rolling, we started wrecking teamfight after teamfight. Pushed all the way to the enemy ancient, got it down to 150HP and got fully teamwiped. This was when my team was all level 25. My respawn time was 2 minutes, and at this point we were thinking it was GG as we watched the enemy team just steamroll down the mid lane and take one of our Tier 4 towers, when suddenly BOOM; the enemy ancient explodes and it turns out that there were a bunch of creeps just slowly whacking away at it. DOTA is great.

i play Dota 1. does that count? :P but i play with friends against AI only. just for friendly fun. this game is really addictive. i like Axe because i can just rush forward a few seconds and watch the amazing counter helix do its work :)
