what really bugs me the first one is the shop glitch in edit.. I noticed after setting the prices or the ones are not in priced, in view it will say display only!

The second glitch is the sp money.. after restocking my shop last night having items sold, I noticed coming back on seeing no money at all from the items being sold..

Does anyone have this problem? This has never happened to me until now..

The first one is not a glitch, non-priced items (or items with invalid prices) show as Display Only because they can't be sold.

And where are you not seeing sP? It goes in your shop till when an item sells
