First, the new Reflection prizes Experiment Beanbag, Experiment Beanbag, Experiment Beanbag, and Experiment Beanbag cannot be added to a wishlist. You add them, they get a box around them, and then they never show up. If you refresh the page where you found and added them (like the News or Account Search), they no longer have a box around them either.

Second, accessing the Bug Report Forum through the Help link under the Subeta drop-down menu takes you to the old forums, instead of to these forums.

You can add the beanbags to your WL, just not with the + button. You have to copy and paste the name or use the direct link through Subetalodge.
