I'm not quite sure what I've done ... but I have an item (or lack thereof?) in my inventory. It doesn't have an item image but there is a clickable "Item not found:" (but if you click on it, it comes up "Oh No! You do not have that item"). It has the little padlock so the item can be locked. It doesn't show up in the shop quick stock. If it is supposed to be an item, I have no idea what it's supposed to be!

Have you tried scratching a scratchcard lately or used an item that maybe takes more than one step to use it (I can only honestly think of a scratchcard as an example)?
