Hair won't update

I changed my hair in the Avatar section, I clicked "save" AND "save and use", but when I go to my wardrobe or check my profile my hair is still the same. What am I doing wrong?

Did you get hair from the "hair salon"? If so, you will need to go back to the hair salon and click the link that says "Back to normal, please!", then your hair should show as what you saved.
