In what ways could I improve this avatar? Yes, the one I am wearing right now. I don't plan on changing it so it will still be there.

I built the outfit mainly around the shoes, because I love these shoes and I've had them for a while and I just haven't gotten around to using them but now I am using them and I'm trying to bring out the cream and navy colors in them but someone said the jacket didn't match but I think that's just because they couldn't see the blueness of the shoes and also I like the crop top with these shorts but I'm not sure if there's a better shirt I could be using and basically I just want to know like how can I make this look as good as possible?

(I chose pink as the complement color because I think it looks nice with the cream and blue and black.) Okay, word vomit over, sorry.

I'm looking really hard at the shoes and I can't see much blue in them. I think the problem is that they're not quite blue enough to warrant using the jacket, because the jacket is a big chunk of solid colour, while the shoes aren't. I would probably switch the jacket out for a cream one, and use something more subtle to complement the shoes instead, like a blue ring.

Aside from that I love your HA! The hair, shorts and stockings are really cute :)

It's weird, the blue is so obvious to me and if you zoom in closely you can see they are almost the exact same shade as the jacket. But I get what you're saying. Thanks.

Maybe it's your monitor settings? I can see that it's blue, but the jacket still doesn't quite mesh. Your pale pink text is difficult to read on my screen too. I agree that you should go with a different jacket and wear navy accessories to match the shoes.

Alright, well, I'll look into it. (The difference in colors could also have to do with the age of the computer. My settings are pretty true-to-color, but it's also a fairly new laptop so it tends to have a brighter and more vibrant display than a computer that's even a year or so older.)

i can definitely see the blue-esque color in the shoes. it is not just you, never fret. although the blue in both the shoes and jacket is more a purple-blue and i would almost consider them purple, haha. my HA suggestions are probably lacking however i think there needs to be more of that bluepurp shade somewhere, maybe as an anklet item? or some accessories. you could also try different jackets.. like i know the colonial ones are similar to that color.

I get the same results on my iPhone screen as well and it's a fairly new device. could be a nice alternative if you add more of the blue color in other places on the avatar to balance the jacket.
