I am a published author in real life, and now I'm on here and want to write pet stories for CSC or sP. This is the short pet story I did for my Bloodred Montre:

"I hear the water dripping, but I can’t seem to find where its coming from. I can’t find anything, for that matter. My footsteps echo off the empty walls and create an eerie sound in the silence. No-one is here; I am alone.

As I progress into the blackness, a faint light watches me from the end of the corridor. I am almost afraid to go closer, for the light gave me a feeling of dread and misery; Slowly, I pushed on, past my doubts and fears for what was to come.

I broke out from the darkness, blinded by the new-found brightness, squinting to see not a foot or two in front of me. I glance around, unable to tell where I am for a few moments, before my vision adjusts and I find myself staring at the ground. Its like glass, reflecting my image, but in more of a dreamlike way that makes me tilt my head in wonder. My ears fall slightly to the side and my blue eyes glisten. After a moment, the image transforms into something different – Something sinister.

I’m covered in blood, dripping, my fur turned black. My eyes now glossed over with an empty despair. I lift a paw to examine it, and it too is covered in the crimson liquid. What had I done?

I start to panic; I look away from the image and glance around the room. Blood was scattered about the reflective floor; a few drops here, a puddle there. Where did it come from?

I glance back to the floor, and see my normal self once again. Confusion floods my mind. I turn back towards where I had come from, only to stop dead in my tracks. Terror tore through me. I’m lying on the floor in the base of the corridor, fur black, eyes closed, covered in blood. These were my battle scars – I died tonight."

What would be a proper price for something like this? I don't want to go overboard in charging for short pet stories, but I don't want to undercut myself either. I want people to give me an idea of what they want, and I will write from their idea.

Can I get some suggestions?
