Well, it's hard to give critique since there's so little to go on at the moment, but it's a cute design :) Are those lines just the sketch? 'cause if they are the final lines they would need to be a lot more smooth, but if it's just the sketch, then it doesn't matter xD

Oh, I see! I'm sorry I've never used Gimp so I'm not much help there! Is it the only program you have? There is a tutorial here, on how to line and colour, if you haven't seen it already. It's for a different program but it might be useful anyway :)

Yup, I saw it! It's with Paint shop pro 7, so i'm trying to download it here xD Could be easier :p But i'm really new to draw there, so I still gotta learn how to do the detail and stuff, that why I wanted an artist to help me out x3 I hope i'll find a way, because I rlly like this little dress ^^!
