Hello, I'm trying to purchase CSC with the UGC and is unable to do so. After inputting the PIN, I click on add card, and it brings me back to that add card option again, and not the confirm payment option.

-Guru If you have Firefox and the Add-On NoScript then you need to Right click and go to NoScript, go down the list until you get to Temporarily allow all this page and click on that :) it should fix the problem :D

~ Would you know what's happening with the UGC's? I've been trying to purchase CSC from the CS, and is unable to do so. I filed a ticket 2 days ago, and was told to contact them. I did, and has gotten no response.

]The problem I'm having is there is no confirm payment button showing after inputting the PIN, it's redirecting me to Add Card page. I do see that the card amount is being processed through the Your Purchase section, and that's as far as it will go. ~ ^.^ ~

Did you ever get this fixed? I had this problem and the issue was the store did not properly activate the card. Took it back with the activation receipt and got a new one, and it worked just fine.

~ Thank you, yes, it finally did ~ ^.^ ~

~ For my cards, the stores activation was just fine. When I contacted UGC they requested a photo of the front and back of the card, (showing the PIN#) along with the receipt. After 10 days the initial card was resolved. Then, I added another card and the same thing happen. The issue itself was with the UCG co., being the cards face value was not worth that amount. After inputting the PIN# into the Ultimate Pay Screen then adding the card, it was asking me to add another card, instead of confirming payment. This was due to having a balance of $2.73 from a $25.00 card. They ended up sending me 2 different codes to input into the system, this made up the difference of the balance, so that the card would go through. On the 11th day, I added another card, and once again, it did the same thing. I contacted them again. By the 12th day, the issue was resolved, and I was able to add my 3rd and 4th card in just fine. What a nightmare ~ ^.^ ~
