Hello everyone and welcome to my custom wearables submission thread.

A few things before we get down to business. PLEASE read the remainder of the post. I know it's a huge wall of text, but it should cover all the bases and prevent misunderstandings.

All the custom wearables that appear in this thread were commissioned by me. I do not draw the items, because I'm not mad talented like that. Please direct any admiration for the wears themselves to the individual artists that created them. :3

I commission wearables because I want to wear them myself and for no other reason. What this means is that I will rarely, if ever, request more than 1 batch of an item and will not release recolours of that item. If I say there is only one batch, there is only one batch, even if the item has yet to be submitted for approval. Of these batches, usually four items will be available for sale on this thread (to recover the cost of submission), with the remaining slots designated to the artist and myself (I usually keep two for my own use, and three for future trading or gifting). Sometimes there will be only one or two available here, due to slot requests by my friends or those of the artist, which are a priority for me. So if you want an item you see below, nab a slot quicksmart.

RULES

To reiterate what I mentioned up top, I commission wearables for my own personal use, not to market them, and all I want to gain from the sales in this thread is to recover the cost of the submission (which I generally pay upfront).

Please do not ask if there will be more batches. What's there is what's available. Sorry! D:

Please have the CSC on hand and ready when you make a claim.

You may ping your friends here, but only claim a slot on their behalf if you plan to pay on their behalf, to prevent awkward moments. :x

Please do not get upset if you miss out on a slot. If you really, desperately want one of these items and, in a cruel and unusual twist, there are none available here you may contact me and we might be able to negotiate for one of my personal spares. I'm totally okay with inquiries like that. In such a scenario, I'd probably be asking for a limited wearable trade, and will only ever consider sP/CSC offers after I have permission from all the other buyers of the item to accept them.

Most importantly, please, please do not complain about the prices I ask for. In most cases, for single batch items, I ask a flat rate of 1250 CSC. With four or less slots available for sale here on this thread, I am not actually making a profit on the items from the CSC fees I charge. I want the items, and I'm totally happy just knowing that other people love them as much as I do, but complaints are just that bit harsher because of it. I know it is expensive, but for 1250 CSC you are receiving an item of which no more than 10 copies exist and ever will exist in all of Subeta (of those, at least two will never leave my possession), and there are NO recolours. I feel that this is a good deal.

While, once the item is in your possession, you may do whatever you wish with it, I respectfully request that you please do not immediately resell the item after purchase for the purpose of making a profit (have a grace period of at least a week if you plan to do this). The nature of the items in that they are limited releases makes this a bit harsh on those who miss out on slots here, and it's disrespectful to me because I do not profit from my submissions, so please, please don't.

Many of the wears you will see here will be tributes to fandoms I love. These include, but are not limited to

All Mewtwo items here are single batch releases, no more than 10 will ever exist on the site. All items come at the cost of 1250 CSC, with 3 or 4 available in this thread.

The remainders belong to the artists and I.

-- One copy goes to the artist by default. -- Two copies are for personal use (they will NEVER be in circulation). -- three copies are (maybe) for future trading (no sP or CSC will be exchaged).

As stated in rule 5: in exceptional circumstances, I might offer an extra copy for sale (this is usually only if the items sell ridiculously fast and someone who really, really wanted one has missed out) - if this occurs, I will be asking the holders of the slots what they would prefer I do. Your opinion means a lot to me, and I am not a fan of false advertising. If at any point you have concerns, just drop me a comment or mail and I will do my best to explain things clearly.[/b]

Since X and Y were released, I've been on a serious Mewtwo kick (and, yes, I'm still mad he isn't in SSB4). and [User=Adam] were awesome enough to tackle some seriously cool Mewtwo Strikes Back inspired items for me.

[B]Misshapen Dining Ware - Adult Mewtwo Companion[/B]

"The product of a twisted mind."

Next up is a companion that is a little more terrifying, and a lot less cuddly. If you've bothered reading this far, you're probably already familiar with Mewtwo - a genetically engineered (part human, even, depending on which canon you're looking at), superpowered, psychic clone of the ancient pokemon known as Mew. Resentful and confused, this unstoppable force destroyed the laboratory it was created in and the staff who manned it and went forth to wreak havoc on the Pokemon world. I like Mewtwo to be eerie looking (given he's referred to often as a "monster"), and I think you'll agree that totally nailed it.

This large companion is hovering on the right hand side of the HA. He is gaunt, but muscular, and realistically done (terrifying, but in a good way). The item icon is a contorted silver spoon with a blue aura (Pokemon players will appreciate the reference).

has created some of the most beautifully bad ass wearables around, so if you don't already follow his work, you definitely should.

"An invitation extended to only the most powerful of trainers. You may have made it through the storm, but are you prepared to challenge the master of this castle?"

This BG is based on the Headquarters Mewtwo built from the ruined New Island Laboratory in Mewtwo Strikes back, to which he summoned challengers that he felt could match his powers and those of his own clone army.

It's a glowing tower surrounded by wind turbines on a rocky plateau, floating above the waves of a stormy sea. The icon is animated; a malfunctioning holocard in a pool of water.

[B]Tears of a Nuclear Test Subject - Baby Mewtwo Companion[/b]

Inspired by the baby mewtwo that appears in Mewtwo's Origin, an animated prologue that appeared in the Japanese film, but not the English dub. In this film, a super adorable baby Mewtwo questions its existence and explores its world with the help of several other clones, including a human girl. Sadly (spoiler alert), Mewtwo is the only clone to survive this infantile phase, which is where the name and description of this item come in.

This wearable was made by [User=Raichu]. Those who are familiar with them will know that Raichu's pokemon tributes are some of the very best. =)
