I know the site has been glitchy today, but many of my alerts are not working at the moment.

Things like shop sales and s-mail seem to be working, but anything where I have to manually set alerts (such as the training center, and games like blackout, random, etc.) seem to be not working right now. I've set alerts for some of the things I mentioned a couple of hours ago and the time should definitely be up by now. However I have not received any of the alerts for them.
