You can buy the from user shops and drink it, or you can turn in 50 candy hearts to Louis and a sample of Ecks' poison to make the bottled antilovirus.

/The machine gives you (blue/green/orange/purple/red/yellow) Liquid-Filled Rounded Flask, Liquid-Filled Glass Beaker and Liquid-Filled Glass Flask. You can also buy those from shops for pretty cheap, about 20k-30k. Any one would work.
