I'm trying to find a better background for my HA, but so far, it's been fruitless. Does anybody have suggestions on good backgrounds that would go with my HA?

That kimono made me think of immediately. I think the style matches nicely and it'll really bring out the greens in your outfit. :)

You're welcome! It's also in the CW Cash Shop for 600 CSC and sells for better prices in the forums and Pawn Shop, so it's one of the more accessible and affordable CW backgrounds.
