Hello! I'm Blue (da ba dee da ba dye xD) and I am new here. I've figured out the basics and think it's time to make some friends, but first i just have to post here! Gotta say I'm lovin' this site, it's pets are sooo much cuter; it makes me sad that the limit is 5. sees role playing boards and squeals WOW I haven't role played since Neopets(Before the role playing there died and I stopped playing that site because of people who lik 2 tlk lik diz al da timz) Subeta>Neopets. Who knew Yahoo answers would bring me to such a cool site?

Few replies

1. The red thing on your cheek is a 'kiss' from handing something into the Bonfire! Be careful, if you hand in something he doesn't like (a wreathed rreign item, instead of an angry one) he could burn something in your inventory!

2. There is actually a much larger limit for pets. You can pay $5 or earn enough sP to buy a Gold Account. This will allow you to have ten pets. Your pets don't disappear after you lose the Gold Accoutn (GA) either. There are also ways to buy extra slots, and every year, Subeta awards you with a 'Loyalty Totem' for your continued membership, and one of the options is a new pet slot. I myself currently have 19 pet slots :)

You will see 'gold account' users with the gold icons instead of the blue, roaming around the site.

Don't panic that gold account / CSC (Cash Shop Credit) items are very expensive right now, people are anticipating the Black Friday Sale here, where often a lot of CS items get marked down :) Normally it is not as expensive.

You can just literally type the @ then the username to make it work. Also, welcome to Subeta! :D If you need any help or have anymore questions, just ping me with the @. I stopped playing Neopets awhile back too. I hope you decide to make Subeta your new favorite pet site. It really has a great community.

Thanks! It's been great so far, not very chatty yet other than the shoutbox, is that used as the chat box or is it for business like advertising trades? I see people regularly chatting, but i just want to know for sure before I go do anything i might regret ^_^

The Shout Box is only used for chatting. It's actually against the rules to advertise there.
