need CI maker - for sheer tights

Something simple, sheer tights layered so they look folded. And a flower or two on top of the folded tights. I have four tights to do: cream color purple fade to blue color red fade to orange color lime fade to turquoise color
I don't know how much to pay since I've never had to request an artist to do just the ci's for me. So be gentle! It's my first time! lol
