I feel like stacking shop log purchases makes it a lot more cluttered and disorganized. Hence, I think there should be an option to unstack.

I don't think I understand how seeing that five different users have rapidly bought multiples of a single item out of my shop is somehow more organized than simply seeing that they were all bought, and that I can OPT TO expand be list to view who bought it. Is there some specific scenario you have in mind that you find makes the current option to collapse or expand the plural items purchased LESS organized than something else?

You already have an option to unstack individual items.

Click the tiny plus sign next to the stacked items and you can see them unstacked.

But I still don't see how

is more unorganized than

My point is to organize the log by time. When the items are stacked, they are listed out of sequential order with other items. For me, it makes it that much more diffifcult to see trends in the market to see what items are selling better at what prices at what times. I guess it's just me but I tend to like to analyze my shop data.

Again, I'm not sure exactly what change you're suggesting. The log IS already organized in reverse chronological order of purchases, most recent to older, and only the stacked items (again, collapsible so you can see the individual time stamps) showing up sometimes out of place. I really am hoping you can maybe give some sort of specific example of what changes you think are necessary, because right now I'm just not getting how your suggestion is really much different than the current system, beyond elimination of stacked and collapsible log content.

Okay example:

This is what it looks like now: 7/01/13, 14:00 USER A buys ITEM A ---(Option to expand) 6/22/13 13:00 USER B buys ITEM A 7/01/13 13:35 USER C buys ITEM B ---(Option to expand) 7/01/13 13:34 USER C buys ITEM B ---(With expansion) 6/29/13 15:00 USER E buys ITEM B 7/01/13 12:50 USER D buys ITEM C

This is what I'm hoping it would look like: 7/01/13, 14:00 USER A buys ITEM A 7/01/13 13:35 USER C buys ITEM B ---(Option to expand) 7/01/13 13:34 USER C buys ITEM B 7/01/13 12:50 USER D buys ITEM C 6/29/13 15:00 USER E buys ITEM B 6/22/13 13:00 USER B buys ITEM A

This way I can see a chronological time expansion of things that have been bought recently, and don't have to see something bought over a week before, and at the same time if I'm analyzing things bought a week earlier I don't miss it and have to search all the way from the beginning again.

I've actually always wished things were this way honestly and I don't see why they aren't unstacked.

Well that's not really it. The idea is that if my shop log was Magical Keepsake Box (+) Magical Keepsake Box Crab Cream Jollin Elixir Kumos Moon Sticker Flour Seed

That's not in chronological order. Why am I seeing that 2 MKBs were bought in the last 50 purchases right up top when really that second MKB was a week ago? If it was unstacked it would be more organized because you wouldn't have a long list of Magical Keepsake Boxes right next to each other you'd just have them wherever they were bought, in order, and in order is more organized than out of order, imo.

I totally see how unstacking the log would make more organizational sense to folks. That said, nesting saves a lot of room, especially if someone has two thousand items in their store and just sold them all because it was an Item Drive item. I'd much rather look at one log entry, un-nest it if necessary, than two thousand.

I'm on the fence about this. I can't think of a way to say yes to this suggestion while still preserving the nesting concept, which I really do like.

If I have like, 100 of each, but people only buy a couple each time, due to price variations, all of my other purchases are going to be lost in a sea of currencies...and that would just make the log useless to me. Having it stacked might be unconvenient for a minority of situations, but in the long run, the current system is better
