So I bought an item in the shop, redeemed an invitation again and then it said I had to wait five minutes bc I had purchased too recently. I waited the time again and it used the invite without letting me see the shop. Since I had gone through the wait time I used another one thinking it would let me in, but I got the wait time again while it used both invitations. If it's not going to let me in/purchase, it shouldn't be using the invitations, or some other method of letting me know that I won't be able to purchase before I waste the invite. Is there a way to get the invitations I redeemed but wasn't able to use, back? And some way to know how long I actually have to wait between purchases there? (rather than getting five minutes, redeeming again, and it says I have to wait another five minutes...)

did you refresh the purchase page, or hit the back button to go back to the Subeautique shop? If so, you might find you ended up buying two of the first item (which could be why you "lost" the second invite).

I hit refresh, but I didn't get any repeats of the item; just the one. Now that I go back I CAN access the shop, so I guess I really lost only the one invite and need to not hit refresh next time... thanks :)

that's weird though, if you lost the invite but didn't get a purchased item....

yeah, that has happened once before when I did something similar... it used my second invite and I got like 4 of the item I had purchased the first time. But not with this; I purchased Hazel's Secret Design Book (or whatever it's called) and only got the one.

I filed a ticket (but under general help bc I didn't know what to label it) and she told me that it sounded like a bug and that I should post it on these forums

Have you encountered this again? I've been testing it, and haven't been able to replicate the error you ran into.

This happened to me yesterday. I bought something from the subeautique and after that pushed the back button. In a new tab went to my inventory and added the wearable to my wardrobe. Then (I dont know how much time exactly passed but) I accidentally pushed the froward button whilst trying to refresh the page.. and then boom some sp was gone one invite was gone but no item :/

That's strange. I would highly advise against using the back button on/after any purchase screen. If you haven't already, please file a ticket so a UA can assist you. :)
