I've been trying to do some digital art lately and make a few chibis for my friends and I thought they were really ugly but my friends insisted they were not so bad so I was convinced I could offer them on the free art board and.. got completely ignored, lol.

I just wanna say to my friends: you know guys, I love you and all, but you should have told me they really sucked so I wouldn't feel so bad about myself right now! xD

Don't be sad, cheer up! :) No art sucks imo. It's a labor of love! ;v;

I'm just not used to fail this miserably, lol, usually people like my traditional art so this was a bit of a cold shower xD

Some times it takes a little while to get attention ^^ don't worry about it and keep drawing you'll get interested people! Sorry you felt let down this time around though, it's a horrible feeling I know.

I just felt embarassed, you know? like.. I'm offering these for free and no one want them and my board will slip to the end of the page and I won't be able to show my face around anymore .___. I know it's silly, but I feel A LOT better now that at least I had someone requesting me a chibi, now my board is LEGIT, yes! xD I can't believe anything like that ever happened to you, lol, your art is so amazing, I alwasy chek your posts and stalk your art board and I'm always in awe bows

I saw your picture for your friend on the recently drawn thread, I'm impressed at the line quality with a mouse, I can't draw for anything with a mouse, you have a lot of patience. I actually sketch the line art with a pencil and then take a picture with my cell phone and use that as a base , but it still takes a huge amount of time, lol. I don't know what I'm doing to be honest, I've never used photshop before, but since my new laptop came with it I said to myself it was worth giving it a try =P Pfff.. I wish I could only FEEL old, lol, it's better than BEEING old, which I am xD

Have you tried using the pen tool instead of the brush? I don't use it often myself but I'm sure I could dig up some helpful guides on it =3

You may be old but you have an army of skeletons, and that is awesome.

I'm actually using photoshop elements, I don't see a pen tool, just a pencil one, maybe I could try that ponders When you're old like me you've buried a lot of ex-lovers, thou they don't give up easily shifty eyes

Aww I don't know anything about Elements =< but yeah it looks like it's not part of that package sorry. See you have to leave a rock on their chests or they keep getting up, skeletons don't have much muscle mass luckily to they can't push it off.

It's simpler so it's better for me since I wouldn't know where to start with PS, lol (I tried, I failed).
