So, by all accounts that I've read, you can get the password after completing all the required tasks and then refreshing on the main blue building page. I have had the page on auto-refresh for a combined total of over twelve hours now and still have not had any events concerning receiving the password... I understand that it's random, but after this length of time, I feel there may be a bug of some sort involved. Is there a certain amount of time/refreshes to be expected? Or am I just really on the wrong page and my information is outdated? Please help; I would very much like to access the building.

You need to get the Bumbus RE which will give you the password, but you don't need to finish the tasks that gain you entry for this. However, you do need to finish all of them in order to get access to the BB. The event is pretty rare, I've been on a year and a half and only gotten it twice, but once you have gotten it, you shouldn't need to worry about it again.

It's actually not the Bumbus RE (it DOES only occur on the Blue Building page as well), and you can get it even before finishing the other tasks (though, if you're done with them now that's kind of useless information :P ). You could try filing a ticket (if it IS a bug, they'll send you here anyway), that does seem like a long time but I got mine pretty early on so :x

verifying 's info, i got the event for the blue building password way before i finished all the required tasks. though, i don't remember if i had gotten it on the blue building page or not?? idk it was so long ago i don't even remember, but i'm pretty sure it wasn't on the page? i only ever visited it once or twice before i gained entry, and i just recall browsing the site and it suddenly appearing lol.

but i honestly think the password event is entirely random like the others, as you mentioned. it'll likely pop up when you're not even anticipating it!!
