Just thought I'd remind everyone that today is Friday the 13th! Careaper is available to battle!! I might try and see if I can beat him this time. Maybe... :) Any tips or suggestions on beating him??

He is MUCH harder today, with it being Friday the 13th as opposed to a 13th on any other day of the week. Normally, he is best suited for tier 10 or 11 pets, though today's version is more for tier 12.

Friday Careaper is extremely luck based, with his blessing usually preventing you from freezing him much, his tendency to freeze you as well, and hoping that he uses certain weapon combinations more than others. I do think beating him is a matter of getting lucky with chain freezes and possibly critical strikes as well.

His normal form might be best beaten by having a blessing up to prevent freezing (and maybe stealing) as well as possibly stealing/blasting his huge smiles and hoping you can freeze him repeatedly in hopes to get in a lot of damage. Fire and dark are recommended defense for his normal form and you will want to avoid attacking with dark since his scroll full blocks that (and avoid light for his Friday form too).

Thank's for the tips! His health seems fairly low for how strong he is.. that's 6666 health had me thinking he could be easily beaten, but I was clearly mistaken. I only lasted about 4 turns with him. Seeing as my pet's only tier 9, I've got a little ways to go yet before I beat him.
