I want my own sailor scout. she'll be sailor Lyrae. Lyrae is the name of a star, most know as Vega, one of the brightest star. I want her all cute, bubbly, but not childish, I want her to be a beautiful sailor scout. My favorite color is turquoise, there's many shade, but well, we'll probably find something :D! I'd like her to face us, completly, as it's her first draw, so she'll be the model for futur art i'll be ordering :) I'd like her having a rod. I prefer short one, but you can always impress me & Since she's a sailor of the star's, i'd like her rod to have a big star on top :D Well, big, not too much but still. I'd love her to have some sort of a transformation crystal, like sailor moon do, that is attach to her costume, actually, what keep her ribbon together, to be star shaped & have some nice detail, not a simple one. I almost forgot. I want her to have long hair. I'm a long haired muself, and personally don't really like short hair ;3

fullbody example and waist-up example.

Fullbodies are 1600 CSC, waist ups are 1200 CSC and headshots are 800 CSC. I don't have an example for headshots because my examples are really outdated. I accept sP as well, I just don't know the conversion rates between CSC and sP.
