I wasn't entirely sure if this should go in 'Items' since it isn't a new item, but it's also not a revamp request, sorry!

The "Freedom" hair, when activated and put in the salon, has options for streaks. Streak 1, as shown below in white, seems more like it was dipped in color. Is there any way for it to actually be streaks? All the others blend with the hair well, but this one stands out big time if it's used. I'm cool if not, but I figured it was worth asking about :)

this doesn't look intentional to me. Dipped in color wigs are popular CWs, and this may have been meant, but most of the ones I've seen have a gradient. Do the other streaks nearby allow you to grade it in all ombre like?

Have you tried asking via Ticket if it is a bug or not? If it is, then this should be in Problems & Bugs subforum instead of this one.

When I get back on my computer I can double check and submit a ticket to ask, but the only other streak that looks like a chunk is I think , the rest look like normal streaks.

[edit] I double checked the streaks, 3-6 all look like what you'd expect for streaks, while 1 &2 being rather color-chunky, and 1 looking like it was dipped in color. Ticket submitted to ask if it's intentional or a bug :)
