I was wondering if there is a way to view the Vesnali Forums even though they were taken off. I ask because I entered a contest to receive art and would like to follow up on it, but I can't seem to find out how to view the topic on the new forums. I have tried the old forums, but it does not show all of the posts. Only 2 pages are available to see when there originally was either 3 or 4. I also can't view my posts on the topic in the "Recent Posts" tab. Any suggestions?

can't help you with getting to the old thread, but in Subeta all contests have to have a due date, and prizes must be rewarded within 30 days of this. Since it's been longer than that since Vesnali has been over, I'd file a Ticket in Help about it anyway.

Well it wasn't an official site contest but rather one created by a user. With that being said, should I just contact the user directly?

the rules I shared with you are the rules for user run games and contests. Subeta can do whatever they want themselves for their own official games and contests, so there aren't any rules for that.

Contacting the host of the game or contest is polite and you could do that, but after 30 days I'd be suspicious. If you believe that the host is in good faith, you don't have to. Just in case they aren't file a Ticket anyways is what I would do so TPTB can give her a nudge.

I would reccommend contacting the user first, before you file a ticket. I filed a ticket once for a similar incident because I didn't know what else to do and they ended up telling me to contact the user first anyway, and we got things worked out (it was an honest mistake, but they were somewhat upset I filed a ticket right away; they got over it though).
