Since I will be looking for the piece down off an avatar as reference, I think I will only be looking for a drawing by one person at the moment. Will look for more in the future probably.

Here is the reference. Please feel free to take liberty on the facial features. His eyes should be a pale blue. And the white on the purple coat should not be there. His drink can be anything that you want to fill the glass with. XD Also, it might look like he has boobs, but he does not. I was just lazy in not switching from a female to a male base.
